1. How is data stored? Data may be stored in an MSDE database, MS SQL Server 2000 or MS SQL Server 2005.

 
 

2. Can you "split" a commission between two or more parties? A commission may be allocated to multiple parties.

 
 

3. Can you select a specific party as a payment recipient? Incentive payments may be forwared to a third party on behalf of a plan participant. For example, a broker or agency may be designated as the recipient for multiple plan participants. Detail remittance reports may be generated as support for incentive payments.

 
 

4. Can you enter a different incentive percentage for each year of a client contract? Incentive plans may comprise many parameters, including contract term. Incentive percentages may be linked to the start and end date of a contract. For example, a participant may receive 50% of the proceeds in the first 3 years of a client contract, 10% in the fourth year and 0% in the remaining years.

 
 

5. Can the user print an edit list of commissions due? An edit list of commissions due may be generated at any time.

 

 

6. Can the user to print a historical list of cash receipts by carrier/investment company? The user may print a list of cash receipts by carrier/investment company with the client account, date received, product, and other information.

 
 

7. Can the user enter a start and end date for a commission? You may enter a start and end date as parameters for a commission plan.

 
 

8. Can you maintain multiple accounts for a client and can you link a comission to a specific client contract? You may maintain multiple accounts for a specific client, and associate a different incentive plan with each account.

 
 

7. Can you specify a primary sales advisor for a client? You may specify a primary sales advisor for each account.
