Solution Requirements Overview

Client required a solution with these capabilities:

Maintain list of client accounts and incentive plan participants;

Maintain revenue fee plans and commission payout plans;

Assign revenue fee plans and commission payout plans to individual client accounts;

Perform two step fee calculation routine: calculate revenue fees based on account balances, then calculate commission payouts based on revenue fees;

Generate remittance statements for recipients which identify the recipient(entity receiving check) as well as the sales advisor.

Environment
Client utilized Microsoft Excel for tracking commission calculations.

Sales Analysis Professional enables users to automate these tasks: compute fee revenue earned and commission amounts payable, and maintain incentive plan schedules. Each commission payment can be traced to a specific client account, and sales advisor.
